Qualified Participants
- This promotion is open to all verified Kaban Hotel & Casino members who are at least twenty-one (21) years old. Individuals who are restricted, excluded, banned, or otherwise prohibited from participating in casino gaming activities are not eligible to join, in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and house policies.
- Participants must be physically present at Kaban Hotel & Casino and use their valid Kaban Membership Card during play to earn and accumulate the required points for the promotion.

Ten (10) winners will be drawn by Kaban Representative from the “Tambiolo” and will be rewarded with 10,000 worth of gaming credits or promo chips. Presence of the winners is not required. Winners may claim their prizes within (60) days. Otherwise it will be forfeited.

1. Three (3) winners will be drawn by GSM from the “Tambiolo”. The manner of the draw shall be conducted from the lowest prize to the grand prize. For each draw, a 3-minute timer shall start, and the drawn player must confirm their presence on the site before the timer runs out Presentation of their Membership Card or any valid ID shall be required.
2. A player may only win once per raffle draw.
Third Prize 250,000 in Total
The winner does not need to be present at the time of the draw. The winner will receive PHP 125,000 in cash and PHP 125,000 worth of Gaming Credits or Promo Chips, valid for sixty (60) days. Otherwise it will be forfeited.
Second Prize 500,000 in Total
The winner does not need to be present at the time of the draw. The winner will receive PHP 250,000 in cash and PHP 250,000 worth of Gaming Credits or Promo Chips, valid for sixty (60) days. Otherwise it will be forfeited.
Grand Prize 1,000,000 in Total
The winner does not need to be present at the time of the draw. The winner will receive PHP 500,000 in cash and PHP 500,000 worth of Gaming Credits or Promo Chips, valid for sixty (60) days. Otherwise it will be forfeited.
General Mechanics
- This promotion is open to all active and duly registered Star Members of Kaban Hotel & Casino.
- To qualify for raffle entries, participants must earn the required number of Star Points as follows:
- Table Games Players: 5 Star Points = 1 Raffle Entry
- Slot Machine Players: 50 Star Points = 1 Raffle Entry
- Qualified participants may redeem their raffle entries at the Kaban Rewards Club on or before 05:50 PM of October 11, 2026.
- After printing their qualified raffle tickets at the Kaban Rewards Club, participants must personally drop their raffle entries into the designated raffle drum (“Tambiolo”).
- The cut-off time for printing raffle entries at the Kaban Rewards Club is 05:50PM on October 11, 2026.
- The cut-off time for dropping raffle entries into the raffle drum (“Tambiolo”) is on October 11, 2026, 05:55PM.
- Only Star Points earned during the official promotion period shall be considered valid for raffle entry qualification.
Other Terms & Conditions:
- Raffle entries are non-transferable and hold no cash value.
- All Star Points earned remain subject to the existing Kaban Hotel & Casino Membership Rewards Program rules and regulations.
- No Star Points will be deducted upon the issuance or redemption of raffle entries for either Table Games or Slot Machine players.
- Kaban Hotel & Casino reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to have violated the promotion mechanics, house rules, or engaged in any fraudulent, dishonest, or abusive activity.
- All applicable taxes on prizes shall be shouldered by Kaban Hotel & Casino in accordance with prevailing laws, rules, and regulations.
- By participating in this promotion, Star Members grant Kaban Hotel & Casino the right to use their name, photograph, likeness, and related promotional materials for advertising, marketing, and publicity purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by applicable laws and regulations.
- The Kaban Hotel & Casino Management reserves the right to revise or modify the promo mechanics , cancel, suspend or re-schedule the promo if deemed necessary.
- Prior to implementing any changes, Kaban Hotel and Casino (Boracay) will engage in consultations with PAGCOR. No changes shall be implemented without first acquiring PAGCOR approval.
- In case of disputes, the decision of the Kaban Hotel & Casino management shall be final and non-appealable.
- Any Irregularity or unforeseen circumstance requiring immediate resolution during the promotion shall be addressed by Kaban Hotel & Casino Management, and PAGCOR shall be notified immediately thereafter.
