KABAN STAR REWARDS

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.⁠ ⁠Applicants for KABAN Star Rewards Membership Card (“Card”) must be at least twenty-one (21) years old and must present a valid government-issued photo ID, which will be scanned by the registration officer upon submission of this application form. They must not be included in any of the following restrictions:
  • Government officials and employees and their immediate relatives (spouses, children, and parents)
  • Members of the Philippine National Police and the Armed Forces of the Philippines, including the Army, Nary, and Air Force and their immediate relatives (spouses, children, and parents); and
  • ⁠Students of any school, college or university in the Philippines
2.⁠ ⁠No application shall be processed unless all information and documents required for enrollment have been duly provided. The Customer Relations/Marketing personnel shall verify the information or documents given by the applicant with the Security Division if his/her name is in the lists of those excluded by the casino:
  • National Database of Restricted Personalities
  • COMELEC elected officials (for incumbent PEPS)
  • UN Sanctions
  • Police and National Bureau of Investigation’s (NBI’s) most wanted persons
  • Request of Kin
  • Gaming Employment License
  • Franchise Owner
Anti-Terrorism Council (ATC) resolutions on the Designation of Individuals as Terrorists and Terrorist Organizations/Associations. Kaban Hotel & Casino (Boracay) reserves the right to decline any application without disclosing the reason for the denial thereof.
3.⁠ ⁠Upon Kaban Hotel & Casino (Boracay”s approval of application and the Cardholder’s receipt of the Card, the Cardholder shall sign the Card immediately and such signature and/or of the Card will constitute conclusive evidence of the agreement of the Cardholder to bound by these Terms and Conditions (notwithstanding any lack of notice on the part of Kaban Hotel & Casino (Boracay) of the Cardholder’s receipt of the Card).

4.⁠ ⁠The Card is not transferable and shall be used exclusively by the Cardholder. The Cardholder shall not allow the Card to be used by any other person. All points/credits accumulated thereto shall be for the exclusive account of the Cardholder.

5.⁠ ⁠Kaban Hotel & Casino (Boracay) shall require Cardholders to present their Card and their valid government issued identification cards for verification purposes prior to his/her participation in any Kaban Hotel & Casino (Boracay) marketing and promotional events.

6.⁠ ⁠The Cardholder shall allow Kaban Hotel & Casino (Boracay) to use his/her personal information for marketing promotions and planning purposes.

7.⁠ ⁠The Cardholder shall use all reasonable precautions to prevent the loss or theft of the Card.

8.⁠ ⁠In the event that the Card is lost or stolen, the Cardholder shall immediately notify Kaban Hotel & Casino (Boracay) of the loss, theft or disclosure together with particulars thereof. Any transaction incurred prior to proper report of the loss or theft shall be for the Cardholder’s account

9.⁠ ⁠Kaban Hotel & Casino (Boracay) may in its absolute discretion issue a replacement for any lost or stolen Card, subject to a card replacement fee of Php 200.00 for each Caro replaced, or a new PIN for the relevant Card all in accordance with Kaban Hotel & Casino (Boracay) may deem fit.

10.⁠ ⁠Kaban Hotel & Casino (Boracay) reserves the right at its discretion to suspend restrict, modify or cancel any Cardholder’s enrollment in the KABAN Star Rewards Membership, or refuse to grant any benefit or reward that the Cardholder may be entitled to without prior notice, for just reasons including but not limited to:

  • Violation of any provision of the Terms and Conditions:
  • ⁠Declaration of inaccurate and/or misleading information to Kaban Hotel & Casino (Boracay) for personal gain and interest; and,
  • Existence of an exclusion orcier from Kaban Hotel & Casino (Boracay) to said Cardholder

11.⁠ ⁠Kaban Hotel & Casino (Boracay) may from time to time change these Terms and Conditions. Notice of any change will be provided to the Cardholder through publication, or such reasonable means as may be determined by Kaban Hotel & Casino (Boracay).

12.⁠ ⁠These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The Cardholder agrees that any legal action, suit or proceedings shall be instituted at the competent court in the Province of Aklan, to the exclusion of all other venues, the Cardholder hereby waiving all such other venues. This clause is for the benefit of Kaban Hotel & Casino (Boracay) only and as a result, Kaban Hotel & Casino (Boracay) shall not be prevented from instituting proceedings in any other courts having jurisdiction.

How to Play

  • Blinds:
         Two players post forced bets (small blind, big blind) to start the action.
  • Hole cards:
         Each player gets 2 face‑down cards.
  • Preflop betting:
         Players act (fold, call, raise) based on their hole cards.
  • Flop:
         3 community cards are dealt face up, followed by betting.
  • Turn:
         4th community card is dealt, betting continues.
  • River:
         5th and final community card is dealt, last betting round.
  • Showdown:
         Remaining players reveal hands; best 5‑card hand wins.

How to Play

  • Wheel layout:
         Numbers 1–36 (red or black), plus 0 (and 00 in American roulette).
  • Objective:
         Predict the exact number, color, or range where the ball stops.
  • Betting options:
    • Inside bets: Specific numbers or small groups (higher payout, lower odds).
    • Outside bets: Red/black, odd/even, high/low (lower payout, better odds).

         Closest to 9 wins, payouts follow your bet.

How to Play

  • Card values:
    • 2–10 = face value
    • J, Q, K = 10
    • Ace = 1 or 11 (whichever helps most)
  • Objective:
         Get closer to 21 than the dealer, without busting (going over 21).
  • Initial deal:
         You get 2 cards, dealer gets 2 (one face up, one face down).
  • Player moves:
    • Hit = take another card
    • Stand = keep your total
    • Double down = double bet, take one card, then stand
    • Split = if you have a pair, split into two hands
  • Dealer rules:
         Dealer must hit until 17 or higher.
  • Winning:
    • If your hand beats dealer’s, you win.
    • If you hit 21 with first two cards (Ace + 10/J/Q/K), that’s a Blackjack — pays 3:2.
