TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Membership to the KABAN Star Rewards is available only to individuals who are at least 21 years of age with valid identification credential.
- Acceptable forms of identification for membership application include valid passport (preferred), other government-issued identification cards (i.e. Driver’s License, Voter’s ID, Postal ID, etc.) and other valid IDs.
- Only one application per person shall be accepted. The correct information must be supplied in the KABAN Star Rewards membership application form.
- Kaban Hotel and Casino Boracay reserves the right to refuse membership to an applicant, or to withdraw the same, from anyone who is discovered to have supplied false or incorrect information.
- If the membership application is approved, the guest will be issued a KABAN Star Rewards Card containing his/her unique account number.
- No membership fees shall be required from the guest.
- The KABAN Star Rewards Card is the property of Kaban Hotel and Casino Boracay and must be returned unconditionally and immediately upon the company’s request.
- Any guest applying for a KABAN Star Rewards membership accepts and agrees to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth in this loyalty program.
